oh, is it mental health awareness week? Lovely. I would like you to be aware of my mental health, which is good at the moment. This is because I have spent many years arranging my life so I do not have to spend very much time with people I don’t like or understand (this seems to mean mostly people who are not artists/creatives).
If you are having poor mental health at the moment, much good will to you. I believe in your humanity and worth. One of the things I like to do when I am feeling tense is draw, it usually helps me feel better especially if I do it for me without thinking about showing it to anyone else. Here is a book of my drawings, take it if you like. I hope you find something that helps you too.
